Refill requests are typically processed within 2 business days.
Requesting a refill is easy - simply click here to go to your child's portal. You will want to have the medication bottle/package handy for prescription details.
*Please note: Antibiotics prescribed for an acute illness cannot be refilled. If you feel your child's condition has not improved, please call us and ask to speak to a nurse
All requests for appointments and prescription refills are now processed through your child's patient portal, My Kid's Chart.
With your My Kid's Chart account, you can:
- send your pediatrician or nurse practitioner a message
- ask us a question
- check the date, time, and location of your next appointment
- review your child's patient visit summary
- download your child's immunization history
