Refill A Prescription

We are happy to process prescriptions refill requests for chronic conditions* when needed.

Refill requests are typically processed within 2 business days. 

Requesting a refill is easy - simply 
click here to go to your child's portal. You will want to have the medication bottle/package handy for prescription details.

*Please note: Antibiotics prescribed for an acute illness cannot be refilled. If you feel your child's condition has not improved, please call us and ask to speak to a nurse



All requests for appointments and prescription refills are now processed through your child's patient portal, My Kid's Chart.


With your My Kid's Chart account, you can:

  • send your pediatrician or nurse practitioner a message
  • ask us a question
  • check the date, time, and location of your next appointment
  • review your child's patient visit summary
  • download your child's immunization history
  • read any handout we provided during your visit
  • review your child's lab test and/or screening results
  • review your child's care plan
  • request a prescription refill
  • request an appointment
  • complete your CHADIS surveys
  • help your teen transition take responsibility for his/her own healthcare
  • review your account balance
  • Pay your bill securely online.
