Are You Having a Baby?

LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR PROVIDERS AND TOUR THE OFFICE

Meet and Greet is a great way for prospective parents and new patients to ask questions, see how we work, and meet one of our providers. We want to help you make the best decision for your family.

How Do I Become a Patient?

Our goal is to provide the best medical care. To do this successfully, we must be able to review all of your medical records from all providers that you have seen. It is our policy to receive your previous medical records before we can assume care and schedule an appointment.

FOR NEWBORNS

Please review Our Approach - Are We a Good Fit for You to be sure Eden Park Pediatric Associates is a good match for you and your new baby. We sincerely hope we are!

If you would like to set up a prenatal consultation prior to your baby being born to tour our office and learn about our lactation program, contact us at 717-569-8518 or submit an online request. Prenatal appointments are typically scheduled on Thursdays at 4:00pm in the Lancaster office.

FOR NEW FAMILIES TRANSFERRING

Please review Our Approach - Are We a Good Fit for You to be sure Eden Park Pediatric Associates is a good match for you and your children.

We are currently unable to accept any more new patients with Medical Assistance as a primary or secondary insurance. If you are unsure if we participate with your insurance plan, please call our office to verify!

After Transferring Paperwork

Once the records are received, we will review them to determine if they are complete or sufficient for us to begin caring for your children. Unfortunately, we cannot treat or provide any care for your children until that time.

Please be aware that under federal (HIPAA) and state laws, your previous medical provider may charge a "reasonable, cost-based fee" to copy your children's medical records. This cost is your responsibility. This fee may be waived if records are sent directly to our office. If you have not already done so, please sign a release of records form and provide it to your children's previous medical provider.
