Patient Service Representative
Patient Service Representatives are our detail-oriented administrative front desk staff. They check-in each arriving patient, schedule well appointments, verify insurance, process referrals and add new patients. We are currently fully staffed for this position.
Medical Assistants
Our dedicated Medical Assistants prepare patients to be seen by our providers. They room patients, take vitals, height/weight, ask important screening questions, collect specimens and administer vaccines. Registered Nurse
Our Registered Nurses are integral at Eden Park serving as the Nurse Care Coordinator on the floor and Nurse triage for concerned parents. Our RNs oversee clinical operations, conduct asthma teachings, submit prior authorizations, process lab requistions, phone triage and forms. We are currently fully staffed for this position!
